At this Masterpiece Theatre

Last night, I got the chance to check out Livecity Yaletown. I have to say that there isn't too much to do or see around there. The food is quite expensive, lines are long, and the big buildings really just promote companies and their logos. However, inside the Coca-Cola building you can get pictures with the torch and get free colour-changing Coca-Cola bottles - so check this place out, it's worth your while.

I got there around 6 or 7:30, but the real crowds began to show around 8pm when Keshia Chante appeared onstage. She played a few songs but it took a while until spectators could finally get into it. The show would've been better if more people knew here songs, but what can you do?

After Keshia Chante played her last song, the crowd grew rowdy as the next act, Marianas Trench was announced. There were lights flashing everywhere, music pounding in everyone's ears, and a couple hundred fans jumping around going crazy shouting along with lead singer Joshua Ramsey. He got his fans all riled up as he began to walk towards the barricades and offer himself up to teenage girls screaming in the front fow for a touch, or even, a hug. Might I add that a bra or two (or five) were thrown onto the stage? Josh decided to make the show a little more entertaining by playing and singing alone to an entire song with a bra on. Hilarious.

All in all, a great show by Marianas Trench.
